Description

• Define project goals, scope, and deliverables with business, product, and technical teams
• Coordinate effective communication across project stakeholders
• Oversee full-cycle execution ensuring schedule, budget, and quality compliance
• Identify risks, propose mitigations, and ensure proactive issue management
• Provide regular project updates, reports, and escalation support
• Manage project budgets and resource planning
• Collaborate with QA teams to secure robust testing and release quality

• 3+ years as a primary Project Manager in software development
• Proven leadership of complex or large-scale system development projects
• Understanding of technologies such as e‑commerce platforms, APIs, microservices, CMS, search systems, or payment solutions
• Strong knowledge of SDLC processes
• Practical experience with Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, Confluence, and MS Office
• English: Business level (e.g., TOEIC 800+)
• Japanese: Conversational
