職務内容
中途採用業務
- 採用ターゲット設定、採用戦略の立案・実行
- ダイレクトリクルーティング（スカウト媒体）運用
- 人材紹介エージェントとのリレーション構築・マネジメント
- オファー面談、クロージング対応
採用広報
- 採用向けコンテンツの企画・発信（記事、SNS 等）
- 現場メンバーを巻き込んだ採用イベント・ミートアップの企画運営
- 社外向けブランディング施策の推進
条件・待遇

勤務地：東京（ハイブリッド勤務）
年間休日120日以上、完全週休2日制
