English only devOps engineer

Our client seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with configuration management tools like Ansible and Chef, expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and a strong background in managing production servers. Additionally, the candidate must have hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Squid proxy server management.

【Responsibilities】
Develop, maintain, and optimize Ansible playbooks and Chef cookbooks for configuration management and automation.
Ensure consistency and reliability in server configurations across environments.

CI/CD Pipeline Development:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing, deployment, and monitoring into the pipelines.

Containerization and Orchestration:
Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker.
Design and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Production Server Management:
Manage and maintain production servers, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
Configure and manage Squid proxy servers for caching, filtering, and optimizing network traffic.
Monitor server health, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime.

• Proven experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and experience managing production servers.
• Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration.
• Experience configuring and managing Squid proxy servers.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Solid understanding of networking, system security, and troubleshooting
