職務内容
- 給与計算、社会保険、労務管理などHRオペレーション業務の担当
- 日本の労働法・社会保険関連法令の遵守対応
- 従業員からのHR関連問い合わせへの適切な対応
- 社内関係部署および外部ベンダー・官公庁との連携
- 監査対応やHR関連プロジェクトへの参画
条件・待遇
- 固定賞与（約4か月分）＋評価連動型賞与
- 残業代別途支給、確定拠出年金制度あり
- フレックスタイム制
- ハイブリッド勤務（週2日程度出社）
