職務内容
- 外貨入金を確認・消込し、売掛金データを正確に管理・更新する
- 入金内訳を分析・精査し、適切な配分処理を実行する
- 出荷データとの照合を行い、不整合の特定・修正を推進する
- 外貨送金業務を管理・対応し、資金移動を円滑に運用する
- 会計システムへの仕訳入力を実施し、帳簿の正確性を維持する
- 電話・来客対応や備品管理などの総務業務を担当し、オフィス運営を支える
