生成AI・自然言語処理領域において、研究ロードマップの策定からチームマネジメントまでを担うリサーチャー（マネージャー）ポジションです。大規模言語モデルや知識構造化技術の研究を推進しながら、プロダクト実装や事業連携を通じて研究成果の最大化を目指します。

職務内容
自然言語処理領域における研究戦略・ロードマップの策定と研究推進
研究チームの目標設定、育成、評価を含むマネジメント業務
プロダクト・事業サイドと連携した技術検証および実装推進
