Job Description
A global hospitality company operating vacation resorts and hotels. Part of a large American parent company listed on NYSE. In Japan since 2014, with around 300 employees across Tokyo headquarters and resort locations.
Main responsibilities:
- Monthly closing and financial reporting
- Tax filing and compliance
- General accounting work across 4 business entities
- Support team members and potentially lead projects
This is a hands-on accounting role. You'll work independently but have support when needed.

Working Hours
5 days in office
Standard hours: 9 AM - 6 PM
Leave:
- Annual paid leave (after 6-month probation)
- Refresh leave: 3-5 days per year
- Birthday leave: 1 day
