財務経理責任者候補として、IPOを視野に入れた組織構築、資金調達、財務戦略の策定・実行をお任せします。
【具体的な職務内容】
■税務・会計方針、事業計画の策定
■資金調達（VC、ファンドといった投資家対応、NEDOの補助金対応など）
■監査対応
■管理会計、予実管理
■内部体制の構築
■メンバーマネジメント（女性4名） など
※現在、決算処理は税理士に依頼していますが、将来的に内製化の予定
