【仕事の内容】
既存顧客の売上最大化とリピート率向上をミッションとするポジションです。
顧客の問い合わせに対応するクライアントサービスチームのリーダとしてチームのマネジメントをお任せします。同時にプレイヤーとして、営業チームと連携し顧客訪問も交えながら、既存顧客の売上拡大を戦略的に推進していただきます。
具体的には…
・既存顧客（B2C）のリピート率増加、取引ボリュームの拡大を推進
・お友達紹介プログラムの運用
・市場動向や競合情報、顧客課題、受注阻害要因などをマネジメントへフィードバック
・チーム（3名）のKPI設定・進捗管理・パフォーマンス改善
