■コーポレートガバナンス対応一般の業務
■取締役会の事務局としての対応
■グループ全体のリスク分析及びその低減を戦略的に検討
■事業のリスク審査及び管理業務
■リスク管理委員会事務局対応業務
■子会社ガバナンス整備及び強化施策の計画及び実行
■個人情報保護法対応
■その他企業法務業務

TOEIC800点以上が望ましい。

弁護士資格（国内、海外問わない）
