【業務内容】
■取り扱い製品を使用したトラック、バス、建機向け空調アプリケーションの設計、顧客提案とパーキングクーラー等の自社製品開発
具体的には、
・市場要求、顧客要求の理解と検討（顧客との打ち合わせ含む）
・2D、3D CADによる機械設計、強度解析、ハーネス設計
・冷凍サイクル設計
・社内他部門と連携した開発プロセスの進行
・製品評価方法の立案、評価
・出荷試験方法の立案
・量産立ち上げ
・ドイツ本社、海外サプライヤとのコミュニケーション、連携による日本の顧客、社内とのインターフェイス業務
・担当プロジェクトの市場不具合対応、変更管理等の品質対応業務

Required Skills
【必須】
・自動車部品メーカー（Tier1）で構成部品での設計業務経験
・2D、3D CADでの機械設計の経験
・量産立ち上げ経験
・英語による業務遂行経験（メール、書類作成、会議参加等）
・結果に対する積極性、責任感と目的達成のための主体的行動力がある方。（指示待ちでないこと）
【歓迎】
・冷凍サイクルを使用したアプリケーション、冷凍サイクル部品設計経験
・車載部品開発業務経験（冷暖房、熱マネージメント関連であれば尚可）
・開発プロセス進行に伴う書類作成、D FMEAなど
・電気、制御の知識、ハーネス等の設計経験
・品質問題、不具合の解析、対策経験
