【ITツール・システムの導入・管理・運用業務】
◆グループ会社のヘルプデスクとして、グループユーザーからの問合せなどサポート全般。
◆インフラ担当者として、サーバー管理、ネットワーク保守導入企画
◆インフラ担当者として本社（ドイツ）ITシステム部門との各種折衝（英語によるプレゼン・交渉）
◆グローバルプロジェクトの日本側マネージメント（実施企画、展開）
◆日本国内にあるグループ会社の部署間との広範囲に渡る調整実施 ※国内案件と海外案件の比率 90:10
