・入札・提案段階での契約スキーム検討、契約書作成・交渉、リスク分析
・顧客、パートナー、サプライヤーとの各種契約および協業契約の法務支援
・プロジェクト開始後の契約管理、リスク／機会管理、紛争・クレーム対応
・贈収賄防止、貿易管理、競争法、個人情報保護などのコンプライアンス対応
・第三者デューデリジェンスおよび外部弁護士との連携
・社内トレーニング、ガバナンス、内部統制・監査対応の支援

・規制産業やデジタル分野に関連する法令・規制・執行動向への理解
・各種商業契約（サービス契約、データ処理契約等）のドラフティング、レビュー、交渉経験
・商事紛争・クレーム対応の経験
