M&A / PMI Lead M&A / PMIリード - Mobility & Transportation (¥900万〜¥1500万+SO)
私たちのクライアントであるモビリティおよびトランスポーテーション技術分野のスタートアップ企業では、関西地域を中心に、日本全体での事業拡大を推進するためのM&A / PMIリードを募集しています。このポジションでは、地域の交通インフラの変革に寄与しながら、M&AおよびPMIプロセスを一貫してリードする機会を提供します。勤務地は東京の中心部で、年収900万〜1500万円に加え、ストックオプションが提供されます。さらに、フレックスタイム制や各種休暇を含む充実した福利厚生が整っています。
業務内容:
- M&Aのソーシングおよび実行戦略のリード
- 社内外のパートナーと協力してデューデリジェンスを監督
- PMI戦略の設計と実施、特に100日間計画の策定
- 買収条件の交渉および取引構造の設計
- 部門横断的なM&AおよびPMIプロジェクトの調整
- M&Aの意思決定に役立つ財務モデルの開発
応募資格:
- M&Aの実行またはPMI経験
- ネイティブレベルの日本語必須
- PMI統合および業務改善の経験
- M&Aのソーシングからクロージングまでの経験
- 財務モデリング（P/L、B/S、キャッシュフロー）の経験
- 地域の交通またはモビリティ業界での経験があれば尚可
- ステークホルダーとの交渉および合意形成の経験
