大手企業向けのDX／AIプロジェクトにおいて、テックリードとして要件定義から本番稼働までを一貫して担います。
クライアントの業務課題を深く理解し、技術的な意思決定を通じて価値創出をリードする役割です。

PoCに留まらず、実運用まで落とし込む実行力を重視した支援スタイルが特徴です。
職務内容
・大手クライアント向けDX／AIプロダクト開発の技術リード
・要件定義、基本設計、アーキテクチャ設計、実装、運用までの一気通貫対応
・Python等を用いたバックエンド開発およびデータベース設計
・クラウド環境（主にパブリッククラウド）での本番システム構築・運用
・開発チームや外部メンバーの技術的リード、レビュー、タスク管理

・業務システムにおける要件定義・基本設計の実務経験（複数年）
・Pythonなどバックエンド言語でのアプリケーション開発経験
・RDBの設計・チューニング経験
・技術選定や設計判断を主体的に行ってきた経験
・クライアント課題を理解し、技術で解決するスタンスを持つ方
