Job Description
職務概要：
・インド現地法人（登記済・現在稼働準備中）の立ち上げに伴い、インド・グルガオン（Gurgaon）に新たに開設予定のオフィスを拠点とし、将来の現地事業を担う初期メンバー（駐在員）を募集しています。
・グルガオン拠点の0→1フェーズの立ち上げに関わりながら、インド市場における事業拡大を担っていただきます。
・約半年の日本研修ののちインドに就業いただく予定です。
職務内容：
◼︎ 図面管理SaaSのセールス業務
・インドのローカル企業向け新規営業
・架電、商談設定、オンライン商談
・日系製造業（工場、部品メーカー等）へのフィールドセールス
※グルガオンオフィスを拠点とした営業活動を想定しています。
◼︎ 既存顧客対応
・既存顧客のフォローアップ
・利活用促進・定着支援
・中長期的な関係構築、課題ヒアリング
◼︎ 日本本社との連携
・日本本社の海外事業チーム（インドチーム）との定例ミーティング
・営業戦略の策定・施策の実行
・各種オペレーションの協働

Required Skills
■必須要件Mandatory qualifications
・大卒以上
・新規経験 2年以上（商材不問）
・インド全域への出張が可能な方
・インド現地法人の立ち上げに参画し、現地勤務に対応可能な方
・ビジネスでの英語使用経験、または、TOEIC800点以上（目安）
■歓迎要件Desired qualifications
・BtoB営業経験
・SaaS／ITサービスの営業経験
・製造業向け営業経験
・海外勤務経験
