- HR引当金の管理とコンプライアンス確保
- 毎月の人員報告の作成とインサイト提供
- HR報告の自動化・最適化の推進

- 労働法変更に伴う財務影響の助言

- Lead staff cost forecasting for multiple brands
- Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic insights

- Lead monthly headcount reporting with insights

- Advise on financial implications of labor law changes

応募資格:
- 財務、FP&A、またはコントローリングの経験5年以上
- ビジネスレベルの英語・日本語能力
- 高度なExcelとデータモデリングスキル
- HRコスト構造と給与計算の深い知識
- Power Query、Power Pivot、DAXの基礎経験
- HRデータガバナンスとプロセス最適化の経験
- AIを活用した予測と報告ソリューションの知識
- 複数事業体の報告およびクロスブランドプロジェクトの経験
- 5+ years in Finance, FP&A, or Controlling
- Business-level English and Japanese
- Advanced Excel and data modeling skills
- Strong knowledge of HR cost structures and payroll
- Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX basics
- Experience with HR data governance and process optimization
- Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions for forecasting and reporting
- Experience in multi-entity reporting and cross-brand projects
