In this role, you will drive software architecture, coding, testing, and vehicle integration while collaborating directly with major OEM customers and global engineering teams. • Lead software architecture design and requirement analysis for customer-specific amplifier systems
• Drive technical discussions with OEM customers and cross-functional engineering teams
• Develop and review high-quality embedded software using C/C++
• Oversee software testing, validation, and vehicle-level integration activities
• Perform advanced debugging, root-cause analysis, and software performance improvements
• Continuously improve software quality, development processes, and system reliability

必須条件 経験・資格：

• C/C++による組込みソフトウェア開発経験
• CAN、LIN、Ethernetなど車載通信プロトコルの知識
• AUTOSAR、OSEK/VDXなどRTOS環境の知識
• ソフトウェアアーキテクチャの設計経験
• わかりやすい技術文書の作成能力

• 完成車メーカーや社内関連部署と効果的に協働できるコミュニケーション能力
• ジュニアエンジニアやイニシアチブを引っ張るリーダーシップ
• 複雑なデバッグや根本原因分析、継続的改善を推進する問題解決能力お

• Strong programming experience in C/C++ for embedded systems
• Experience with automotive communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, and Ethernet
• Knowledge of embedded systems and RTOS frameworks including AUTOSAR and OSEK/VDX
• Experience designing software architecture and technical documentation
• Experience working within automotive software development environments

• Strong communication skills for collaboration with OEM customers and global teams
• Leadership and mentoring abilities to support junior engineers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage complex debugging and continuous improvement initiatives
