• 日本法人におけるリスク管理責任者として、CROへのレポートラインのもと事業健全性・持続的成長を推進
• デジタルアセット特有の市場変動性を踏まえたVaRモデル、ストレステスト、流動性管理指標の設計・導入
• ポジション管理、集中リスク分析、清算シナリオ分析、市場インパクト評価の実施
• 顧客・取引所・カストディアン等に対する信用リスク分析およびエクスポージャー管理
• リスクモデルや価格評価手法の妥当性検証・改善提案
• 暗号資産の保管管理、DeFiプロトコル、ステーキング、取引所セキュリティ等を含むオペレーショナルリスク管理
• 海外拠点・グローバルチームと連携し、伝統金融とデジタルアセット領域を横断したリスク管理体制を構築
• 経営層・関連部門向けのリスクレポーティングおよびガバナンス強化推進

Join a bank-backed institutional digital asset brokerage as the Head of Risk Management, leading enterprise-wide risk oversight across digital asset trading, liquidity, and investment operations.

In this executive leadership role, you will work closely with the CRO to strengthen risk governance, develop advanced risk models, and support sustainable growth in one of the fastest-growing areas of financial services. This is a rare opportunity to combine traditional financial risk expertise with digital asset innovation.

• Act as the primary risk lead for the Japan entity and support enterprise risk governance
• Design and implement VaR models, stress testing, and liquidity risk frameworks for digital assets
• Monitor position limits, concentration risks, and liquidation scenarios
• Lead credit assessments and exposure management across clients, exchanges, and custodians
• Review and challenge pricing models and risk assumptions during volatile market conditions
• Evaluate operational risks related to custody, DeFi protocols, staking, and exchange security
• Collaborate with global teams to bridge traditional finance and digital asset risk management

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 金融機関（証券・アセットマネジメント等歓迎）におけるリスク管理経験7年以上
• 市場リスク、流動性リスク、信用リスク等に関する実務経験
• デリバティブを含む金融商品の理解

• 卓越した分析力、論理的思考力
• 国内外ステークホルダーと円滑に連携できるコミュニケーション能力
• 複雑なリスク・技術概念を他部署のステークホルダーにわかりやすく説明できるプレゼン能力
• 前例のないテーマにも自ら入り込み、仮説検証を回しながら前進する実行力
• 新しい金融領域やテクノロジーの学習意欲

• 日本語：流暢
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上

• デジタルアセット、暗号資産ブローカレッジ、トレーディング業務に関する知識・経験
• Python等を用いたデータ分析・リスク分析経験

• 7+ years of experience in risk management within global financial institutions
• Strong understanding of financial products including derivatives
• Experience in market, liquidity, credit, or operational risk management
• Strong analytical capability with ability to simplify complex concepts for stakeholders

• Strong communication skills with local and global stakeholders
• Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for learning emerging financial technologies
• Ability to work independently in fast-changing environments
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities

• English: Business level
• Japanese: Fluent

• Experience or knowledge of digital asset trading, brokerage, or crypto markets
• Python or quantitative programming skills
• Experience working with regulated financial institutions
