ホテルや企業向けに、アクセス制御・ホテルロックシステムの導入から運用立ち上げ、保守までを担当します。
営業と連携した提案段階から現場導入、アフターサポートまで一気通貫で関われるポジションです

ホテル、オフィス、各種施設向けに、ハードウェアとITを組み合わせたアクセス制御ソリューションを提供しています。
Description
- 営業同行による要件ヒアリング、システム構成検討、見積作成の技術支援
- アクセス制御／ホテルロックシステムの導入、設定、キッティング対応
- Windows環境でのアプリ設定、DB（SQL Server等）の初期設定
- 建築・内装現場での調整、外部施工業者の管理・立ち会い
- 試運転、ユーザートレーニング、マニュアル作成
- 障害の一次切り分け、ベンダーや社内外関係者との調整
- 海外拠点エンジニアとの技術確認、仕様調整
