職務内容
- 顧客案件におけるQA業務の自動化推進・標準化のリード
- テスト計画・設計・実行・品質分析までの一連の推進
- AI／自動化ツールを活用したテスト設計・改善提案
- 顧客の業務フロー・テストプロセスの課題分析と改善
- ステークホルダーとの調整・ファシリテーション
- 社内ナレッジの蓄積・展開、メンバー育成・リソース管理
