プロダクト開発チームのEMとして、チームのデリバリー最大化とメンバー育成を担いながら、自らも実装・レビューに関わるエンジニアリングマネージャーのポジションです。技術の現場感を保ちつつ、プロダクト価値と事業成果の両立を実現する役割が求められます。

職務内容
担当プロダクト開発チームのデリバリーマネジメントとチーム運営
実装・コードレビューを含むプレイングマネジメントによる技術リード
PdMと連携したプロダクト戦略・開発優先度の意思決定への関与
