- 医薬品・化粧品に関わる各種製造／品質ライセンスに基づく品質管理業務
- 製造部門としての製品受入・確認業務
- MAH（製造販売業者）との品質管理に関する連携・調整
- 倉庫・現場スタッフへの品質指導および教育
- 防虫・防鼠などの環境管理の実施・監督
- 法令遵守体制の維持・改善に向けた対応
