職務内容
- 日本拠点におけるIT全体の責任者として、インフラ・アプリケーション・IT運用を統括
- 日本のビジネス要件を整理し、グローバルITと連携・調整
- ITロードマップの策定および優先順位付け
- ベンダー選定・管理およびIT予算（OPEX／CAPEX）の管理
- インシデント発生時の影響判断および対応方針の決定
- サービスデスク運用の品質管理と継続的な改善推進
- 業務システムやデータ連携の安定運用および改善のリード
