Our client, a luxury hotel operating in an international environment, is seeking a Revenue Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Sales & Revenue Director to maximize hotel revenue through strategic management of room inventory, pricing, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze revenue data and hotel performance
- Manage room inventory and pricing strategies
- Conduct competitive set analysis for market trends
- Support group sales with lead qualifying and quote generation
- Implement revenue-maximizing initiatives with Sales & Revenue Director
- Maintain data systems for accurate forecasting and reporting

Qualifications:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Hospitality, Business or related field
- Minimum of 2 years Analytical and/or Research experience
- Experience with revenue management systems (preferred)
- Hospitality industry experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong data analysis skills
