複数プロダクトを横断し、技術選定・設計・品質向上を主導するテックリードポジションです。事業成長を起点に技術的な意思決定を行い、AIを前提とした開発環境の進化や技術負債の解消を通じて、開発組織全体の生産性と技術水準を引き上げます。

職務内容
プロダクト横断でのアーキテクチャ設計および技術選定のリード
重要機能・新規領域の設計レビューと実装主導、コード品質向上の推進
技術負債の可視化と中長期視点での改善ロードマップ策定・実行
