新規営業が獲得した顧客の営業担当。
年間サブスクサービスの更新・対応、及びカスタム調査案件対応。
＜通常業務＞
・クライアント会議
サービス開始から約半年経った際に各クライアントと会議を設定し、使用状況や次年度の更新意思を確認。
不安や懸念事項を含めたヒアリングをし、更新に向けて要望に合う提案をする。
その他カスタム調査案件の依頼のヒアリング。
・購読サービス内容の説明会実施
クライアントが購読しているサービスの操作説明会を各企業・部署別に訪問又はWeb会議にて開催。
・クライアントからのデータ抽出依頼の対応
購読しているサービス範囲内で、依頼を基にデータ抽出をして電話・メールで調査結果を報告。
