【業務内容】
■ 投資家やアナリストへの適時・適切な情報発信や対話を通じ、当社企業価値の向上に貢献する業務です。具体的には以下の業務を担当いただきます。
・当社経営状況の分析、社内外へのプレゼン資料の作成
・アナリスト・機関投資家・個人株主の取材及び問い合わせ対応
・アナリスト・機関投資家向け決算説明会の開催
・海外IRへの参加
・その他特命事項
■ 財務部での銀行対応、資金予算管理
銀行、社債投資家、格付け機関との密なコミュニケーションを通じ、効率的な当社資金調達、運用に貢献する業務です。具体的には以下の業務を担当いただきます。
・当社経営状況の分析、社内外へのプレゼン資料の作成
・銀行、社債投資家、格付機関への経営状況説明、問い合わせ対応
・海外社債投資家への説明会参加
・当社キャッシュフロー予算、予想、実績分析
・その他特命事項

・海外出張が発生する可能性がございます

【必要経験】
・各種数値・情報の集計、分析、プレゼン資料作成の経験
【歓迎（WANT）】
・上場会社におけるIR、財務のご経験
・英語での実務経験
