法務部におけるガバナンス担当として、下記の業務のうちご経験を活かしやすい業務からご担当頂き、徐々に活躍の幅を広げて頂きます。また、ガバナンス業務を軸としつつ、事業サポート、アライアンス、コンプライアンス等の幅広い法務分野にも参画していただきます。
・株主総会、取締役会、その他任意の会議体（取締役カウンシル・指名報酬諮問委員会等）の運営実務、経営の意思決定サポート
・株式実務、法人登記申請対応
・CGコードを踏まえたガバナンス強化の取組み立案・推進
・インサイダー取引防止対応
・開示書類（会社法、金商法及び取引所規則に基づく開示書類）の作成
・定款、その他重要な社内規程の改定対応
