業務内容
1. 会計
・グループの要件、ドイツ会計基準（German GAAP）、日本会計基準（Japan GAAP）に準拠し、新たな会計・税務要件を反映させた、すべての財務諸表および内部報告書の適時かつ正確な作成・管理
・月次および四半期決算プロセス、ならびに会計報告パッケージの確実な実施
主な連携先：管理会計チーム（日本およびインド）、タイおよび財務オペレーションチーム、ドイツ本社の会計部門
・外部および内部監査人の管理
・担当領域におけるERP（SAP）ユーザーテストおよびS4 HANAの導入
・主な外部連絡先：
すべての社内間照合に関するグループ各社
在庫、原価計算、未払費用、企業評価等に関する日本の管理会計チーム（事業部門コントローラー）
監査計画および実施に関する外部および内部監査人
2.税務
・経理責任者と共に税務申告プロセスを管理
・税務申告や国際税務事項などについて、外部の税務専門家と連携
・税務関連事項には、源泉徴収税、消費税、移転価格が含まれる
