半導体・光学材料事業部で扱うユニークポリマーであるワックスと、粘着剤やタッキファイヤー等で使用されるFTRについての、
・事業戦略及び販売・マーケティング戦略の策定・実行、および販売計画・管理業務の遂行
・研究や製造部門、社外との協業による技術・生産戦略立案と実行
・新製品開発と市場開発（国内外問わず、市場調査も含む）

・MBA/MOT保持者は尚、良し。
＜推奨＞
・高分子化学に関する知見を有していること
・ワックスやタッキファイヤーなどの高分子向け添加剤に関する開発あるいは営業の実務経験
・TOEIC：730点以上
