～部門について～
経理部連結会計課では自社の単体決算に加えて、海外子会社を含めた連結決算業務を担っています。法令に即した決算処理、税務処理はもちろんのこと、管理会計も担当している部門です。
～業務内容～
予算策定、予実管理、業績分析、経営レポーティング等の管理会計業務を通じて、経営層および事業部門の意思決定をご担当いただく予定
です。
・ 年次予算および中期計画の策定
・ 月次・四半期の予実管理および差異分析
・ 事業別収益分析
・ 経営層向けレポーティング資料作成
・ KPI分析および経営意思決定支援
・ 管理会計プロセス改善

Required Skills
■必須条件:
・事業会社における管理会計、予算管理、または財務分析の実務経験
・予算策定および予実管理、差異分析の実務経験
・財務データの分析およびレポーティング資料作成の経験
・英語力中級（TOEIC700点程度）
■歓迎条件:
・上場会社での連結決算の実務経験
・連結財務諸表作成・連結調整業務の経験
・IFRSまたは日本基準の会計知識、日商簿記2級
