～部門について～
経理部連結会計課では自社の単体決算に加えて、海外子会社を含めた連結決算業務を担っています。法令に即した決算処理、税務処理はもちろんのこと、管理会計も担当している部門です。
～業務内容～
国内・国際税務業務を担当いただきます。外部アドバイザーと連携し、グループ全体の税務管理および税務リスク管理を推進していただきます。
・ グループ全体の国際税務業務
・ 移転価格税制対応（文書化・ポリシー管理）
・ クロスボーダー取引に関する税務検討
・ 税務アドバイザー（PwC等）との連携
・ 海外子会社税務管理
・ 税務調査対応
将来的には税務申告を含めた内製化する予定です。業務は国内外の税務が中心ですが、必要に応じ会計分野も担当いただきます。
