●計画チームの目的と目標との整合性を確保し、役割責任に対する説明責任を徹底し、成果重視のハイパフォーマンス文化を構築する。
●エンドツーエンドの計画機能全体にわたってベストプラクティスを主導し、定着させ、計画KPI目標達成に向けた継続的な改善を推進する。
●主要なステークホルダー全体にわたる販売・在庫・運用計画（SIOP）のエンドツーエンドのファシリテーションを担い、需要、供給、在庫計画が顧客へのコミットメントを確実に履行できるよう完全に整合していることを確認する。
●国またはクラスターレベルでの在庫管理を主導し、供給例外の監視、予測、および軽減に責任を負う。
●輸入依存市場に重点を置き、部門横断的な連携を主導し推進する。
