・中長期経営計画、経営会議資料作成のための各種資料収集、分析、取り纏め、アップデート、社内周知活動
・データドリブンな事業戦略策定及び推進（情報系システムコード体系の整理・統合プロジェクトへの参画等も含む）
・各種ビジネスモデルの検討、及び基幹システムへの実装に向けた提言の取り纏め
・商流の整理を含むガバナンス体制の最適化、業務見直しによる効率性と質の向上
・成長戦略・成長投資戦略策定のためのデータ整備、M A推進、及びPMI活動（M A後のガバナンス体制の構築・定着支援）
【その他】
・統括本部長、各事業部長等の上席からの指示事項への対応
・統括本部の全体イベントなど、本部室活動への参画、協力（定例会議、社員ミーティング（タウンホール）等）
・事業戦略策定・推進リーダーとして必要な実務全般（本部室業務の習得、連携、協力を含む）
