・グローバル人事評価・報酬制度企画立案・導入報酬管理システム導入
・グローバルガイドライン・政策設計のための情報収集
・分析・設計認定の企画・その他、企画業務全般
・タレントマネジメント
・その他、特命業務
※チーム内での業務PJTおよびチームを超えて配置などで実行するPJTへの参加やプロジェクトマネジメントをお願いする事もあります。
