CT Motionを担当いただくProduct Manager（Marketing）としての管理職ポジションの募集です。
本ポジションはPeople Managerではなく、シニアレベルのIndividual Contributor（IC）として、製品戦略の立案から市場導入、成長のドライバーとして自走・リードしていただく役割を担います。
営業ポジションが「現場への提案・拡販」を主に担当するのに対し、本ポジションは製品価値の最大化、差別化、ならびにGo to Market戦略の策定・実行をリードする責任を持つ、戦略的かつ中核的なポジションです。
【主な業務内容】
・CT Motion の日本市場向け製品・マーケティング戦略の立案・実行
・市場・顧客インサイト（医師・技師・病院経営層）の整理・反映
・競合（従来型インジェクタ等）との明確な差別化設計
・Value Proposition／メッセージング構築
・営業、アプリケーション、サービス、薬事、グローバルチームとの連携
・上市後の製品パフォーマンス分析と改善施策の企画

・ステークホルダーを巻き込みながら物事を前に進めた経験
【歓迎要件】
・CT／画像診断／造影／インジェクタ領域の知見
・新製品・新規事業の立ち上げ経験
・サステナビリティ、医療DX、ワークフロー改善への関心
