・Design and develop a prototype potency assay including protein expression assay infectivity assay and functional assay.
・Collaborate with related functions including CMC and other cross functional teams.
・Maintain and update scientific knowledge on novel technologies.
・Provide regular reports to the Senior Scientist and Head of Discovery Intelligence in GT Engineering ensuring alignment with all stakeholders.

【応募要件 / Qualifications】
＜必須 / Required＞
・PhD in molecular biology or a related scientific discipline.
・Experience in drug discovery research.
・Technical proficiency in cell and molecular biology techniques.
・Hands on experience conducting cell based assays.
・Experience as a research project team member within cross functional environment.
・Excellent written verbal and presentation skills.


＜歓迎 / Preferred＞
・Be familiar with multiple areas of biology and technologies.
・Knowledge and hands on experience with AAV （adeno associated virus）
・Experience working in global cross functional team consisting of different backgrounds.
