・GxP・薬機法関連業務におけるAIエージェントおよびデジタルソリューションの戦略立案、実行および実行支援
・バーチャル専門家（規制インテリジェンス、品質管理、安全管理、薬事情報管理、非臨床・臨床試験情報管理、文書レビュー支援など）のユースケース特定、設計、実装および運用
・GxP環境下でのAI活用におけるガバナンス枠組みの設計（適格性評価、バリデーション戦略、データインテグリティ、変更管理、監査証跡など）

■パターンB
AI・デジタル・DX推進に関する実務経験（AIソリューション設計、業務プロセス再設計、デジタルトランスフォーメーションのリードなど）7年以上、且つ製薬・医療業界またはGxP・規制産業への理解
【尚可要件】
プロンプトエンジニアリング、AIエージェント設計、LLM活用の実務経験
GxP（GVP/GPSP/GQP/GCTP/GCP等）およびコンピュータ化システムバリデーション（CSV）に関する知識・経験
業務プロセス設計・再設計、チェンジマネジメントの経験
プロジェクトマネジメント経験
リーダーシップチームの所属経験および組織運営の経験
