日本法人におけるファイナンス部門の責任者として、月次・年次の決算業務から経営層へのレポーティング、資金管理、内部統制の維持まで、幅広い業務をハンズオンで遂行していただきます。少人数の組織体制において、カントリーヘッドや本社CFOの戦略的パートナーとして、バックオフィス全般の最適化とガバナンス強化をリードしていただきます。
担当業務概要：
決算・レポーティング業務（外部会計事務所と連携した月次・年次決算の遂行）
予算管理・予実分析
資金・取引管理
在庫・債権債務管理
コンプライアンス・税務・監査対応
社長、本社CFOとの連携・報告業務
