This role supports corporate sales operations by building, maintaining, and improving data pipelines and BI reports used in daily decision-making. You will work closely with business users and internal system teams to deliver reliable, high-quality reporting solutions.

Description
- Support and enhance BI reports used by corporate sales teams on a daily basis
- Review and validate SQL queries created by internal system teams
- Design and build ETL processes within a BI platform based on business requirements
- Investigate, debug, and resolve data and report-related issues
- Process and transform data from a NoSQL database into relational databases for reporting
- Conduct testing and support release activities in coordination with stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with business users to translate reporting needs into technical solutions

Required Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with relational databases
- 7+ years of SQL development experience in a production environment
- 3-5 years of Python experience, including new development, root-cause analysis, and bug fixing
- Experience with additional programming or scripting languages
- Business-level Japanese and English communication skills (both required)
- Practical experience with DOMO or similar BI tools
- Experience with Couchbase or other document-based / NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of API integrations
- Additional language skills such as Chinese
