Full Cycle Data Engineer
Salary: JP¥6,500,000 - JP¥10,000,000 / year

We are looking for a Full Cycle Data Engineer to design, build, and scale modern data infrastructure powering global products.

What You’ll Do
- Build and scale data pipelines and architectures
- Develop cloud-based data platforms (AWS)
- Design and optimize ETL/ELT workflows (dbt, Dataform, Glue)
- Orchestrate workflows using Airflow
- Translate business needs into scalable data solutions
- Participate in stakeholder discussions and requirement alignment
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance

Required Skills
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in Data Engineering or Backend Development
- Strong skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Experience with Docker and Terraform (IaC)
- Solid understanding of data modeling and analytics
- Comfortable working in team-based environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with Snowflake or modern data warehouses
- Familiarity with dbt, Dataform, or AWS Glue
- Experience with Airflow
- Client-facing experience (stakeholder communication and negotiation)
- Interest in AI or Generative AI
