Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales KPIs for Japan market
- Lead and motivate sales and reservations teams
- Develop sales and marketing action plans
- Analyze and report sales performance metrics

- Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand and sales conversion

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English and Japanese
- Experience in residential real estate, OTA, or hotel industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, PMS, RMS, and cloud platforms
- Experience with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred but not mandatory
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and market trends
