Job Description

≪Job Description & Position Highlights≫

  • Audit work focused on strengthening corporate governance through the development and execution of internal controls and audit plans
  • An environment where you can collaborate with the Taiwan headquarters and the Board of Directors to contribute to key decisions supporting IPO preparations
  • Opportunities to acquire IPO-level expertise and analytical skills through advanced practical experience in auditing and risk management
  • The chance to exercise autonomy during a startup’s growth phase and take on the challenge of building an internal audit framework that meets international standards

【Job Responsibilities】

<Role Impact>
As the Internal Auditor for our Japan operations, you will be the guardian of corporate integrity and operational efficiency. Reporting to the Board and working in tandem with the Taiwan HQ, your impact goes beyond "checking boxes"—you will be a strategic partner in identifying risks and optimizing the workflows that fuel our expansion in Asia.
You will ensure that our Japan office remains robust, compliant, and ready for the next stage of international capital market requirements.

<Responsibilities>

  • System Building: Establish and continuously enhance internal control and audit systems, including related management policies for the Japan office.
  • Audit Management: Develop and execute the annual internal audit plan, prepare comprehensive audit reports, and oversee internal control self-assessments (CSA).
  • Remediation Tracking: Monitor and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions for identified internal control weaknesses or anomalies.
  • Governance Reporting: Present audit findings and progress reports to Independent Directors, the Audit Committee, and the Board of Directors.
  • Operational Excellence: Assist in the optimization of management regulations, operational systems, and cross-departmental workflows.
  • External Stakeholder Support: Coordinate and prepare documentation for external audits and reviews (including underwriters, legal counsel, and external auditors).
  • HQ Collaboration: Support the Finance and Legal teams in providing necessary information for disclosures required by the Taiwan-listed parent company.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle other strategic projects and tasks assigned by executive management.

<What You Will Bring>
In this role, you will be more than a supervisor; you will be the architect of trust for our Japan operations. By ensuring that our systems are both compliant and agile, you will provide the foundation upon which Health2Sync can safely scale. Your expertise will directly protect the company's assets and reputation, enabling our digital health solutions to reach more lives across Asia with confidence and transparency.

<Why Join Us>

  • Strategic Governance: Play a pivotal role in shaping the internal control landscape of a fast-growing, cross-border MedTech leader.
  • High-Level Exposure: Directly present findings to the Audit
  • Committee and Board of Directors, influencing corporate governance at the highest level.
  • Global Collaboration: Work seamlessly with stakeholders in Japan and Taiwan HQ to ensure unified compliance standards.
  • Professional Growth: Drive the transition from standard operations to IPO-level internal audit rigor in a dynamic international environment.
  • Startup Culture: We value autonomy, strategic thinking, and the ability to solve complex problems through systemic improvements.
