日本国内におけるファーマコビジランス（PV）および製造販売後調査（PMS）を統括し、法規制に準拠した安全管理体制を維持・強化するポジションです。国内外の関係者と連携しながら、安全性に関する専門的な判断とオペレーションをリードします。

職務内容
- 日本国内のPV／PMS活動全般の統括および運用管理
- 有害事象・安全性情報の収集、評価、報告プロセスの管理
- GVP／GPSPに基づく手順書や体制の整備、継続的な改善
- グローバル安全性部門との連携および情報共有
- 製造販売後調査、リスク管理計画関連業務への関与
- 監査・査察対応、CAPAの管理、トレーニング実施
- 社内外ステークホルダー（委託先・規制当局等）との調整
条件・待遇
- 年収7,000,000円から11,000,000円
