This is a senior HR leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy for Japan within a global healthcare organisation. The role partners closely with the local executive team while acting as a bridge between Japan and regional/global HR.Client Details

- Act as the strategic HR partner to the Japan leadership team, including the local head of business
- Lead and represent overall HR strategy and operations for Japan
- Translate global HR frameworks into practical, locally compliant implementation
- Ensure robust HR governance and adherence to Japanese labour law
- Lead, coach, and develop a small team of HR business partners
- Balance hands-on HR delivery with strategic leadership and stakeholder management
- Communicate Japan-specific HR needs effectively to regional and global HR stakeholders
