職務内容
日本法人における人事業務全般の統括（スタンドアローン）
採用計画立案および中途採用の実行
労務管理（勤怠、給与、社会保険、就業規則運用 等）
人事制度・評価プロセスの運用および改善
従業員対応、エンゲージメント向上施策の企画・実行
海外HRチームとの連携、レポーティング
労務リスク管理およびコンプライアンス対応
