仕事内容:
- 四半期および年間の開示書類の作成とレビュー
- 金融商品取引法に基づく開示業務の遂行
- 東京証券取引所のTDnetシステムを使用した適時開示の対応
- 社内チームとの連携による財務報告の調整
- 投資家向け広報資料の作成支援
- IPO後の経理機能のリーダーシップ
- 高水準な財務管理システムの確立
応募資格:
- 上場企業での2年以上の開示業務経験
- 3年以上の経理経験
- IPO準備段階での開示経験があれば尚可
- 公認会計士（CPA）または同等の資格があれば尚可
- 日本の金融商品取引法に精通していること
- 東京証券取引所のTDnetシステムの経験
- 日本語と英語での強力なコミュニケーション能力
