Description

  • Provide Japanese-language application support by handling customer inquiries through ticketing systems, calls, and online meetings.
  • Investigate, reproduce, and troubleshoot technical issues across application, platform, and integration layers.
  • Collaborate closely with international teams in English to analyze issues and drive resolution.
  • Document findings and solutions clearly while managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
