Our client, an expanding inbound tourism company in Kyoto, is seeking a New Business Development Associate to spearhead new cultural experience projects. This role offers the chance to creatively develop and launch unique tourism experiences, with opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced startup environment. Benefits include a competitive salary of ¥350,000 – ¥600,000/month, full social insurance, transportation coverage, and partial housing support.


職務内容：

- 新しい文化体験プロジェクトの開発・ローンチ
- 現場オペレーションのフレームワーク構築・改善
- パートナーシップおよびコラボレーションの管理
- プロジェクトの企画から実行までの全体管理
- 顧客体験およびサービス提供の向上
- 地元の職人とのワークショップ企画・運営

- Develop and launch new cultural experience projects
- Build and improve on-site operational frameworks
- Manage partnerships and collaborations
- Execute and manage projects end-to-end
- Enhance customer experience and service delivery
- Coordinate with local artisans for workshops

- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Authorized to work in Japan

- Experience in business development or project management is preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with Japanese culture and tourism industry is preferred but not mandatory
